So it’s critical that every one of your marketing materials present solid reasons why we should by from you!

Second Mistake – Being Afraid To Stand Out From The Crowd
In today’s highly PC culture, businesses are very concerned about not offending anyone.  That can lead to unimaginative and boring marketing campaigns.  We’re not advocating to insult anyone or any group — but we do advocate creative campaigns that will get you noticed.  Avoid “jargon” and “corporate speak”. Key phrases in your industry are highly descriptive to you, but they usually don’t translate well to those not in your industry who need your product or servic.  Your buyers want to know WIIFM (What’s In It For Me).  So tell them in a way that we all can understand.

Some people are visual.  Some love to touch.  Some love talk.  Some just want the bottom line. What does that tell you? You need to market using all the tools at your disposal — e-marketing, social media, direct mail, etc.  And make sure you track the results to learn which methods work best for you.
